General Information

The B&CCC regularly seeks qualified volunteers to join our small but dynamic team. Volunteers work closely with the Executive Director and the team in assisting in the development and implementation of new and current projects and activities.

Candidates should have a solid educational background (economic, business, marketing and finances studies preferred) and highly interested in working in an international environment. He/she should have excellent computer skills. English and Spanish are the working languages, so apprentices are required to speak both fluently.

The average duration of a voluntary placement is four months with the option to increase that for a further four months and will depend on availability and skills. As an international organization, candidatures are welcomed from Colombia or the UK.

Throughout the programme you will be given a work plan to work through in which you are guided and supported by the Director.
