All our email communications have a tick box if you do not wish to receive marketing information relevant to you from The British & Colombian Chamber of Commerce (The B&CCC)
The B&CCC will use your personal information provided during the registration process to any of our activities, emails or campaigns to host and manage the activity and for analysing visitor traffic with a view to improving the experience for visitors.
During registration for events, you may have chosen to withhold permission to share your data with third parties (i.e. sponsors & exhibitors), however, when interacting withus at our events and activities your personal information will be shared with the exhibitor or sponsor to allow them to engage with you. If you accept a connection or meeting invite, then your full contact details will be shared directly with another attendee, sponsor or exhibitor and they may follow-up and use your details for marketing purposes.
The B&CCC will never sell your contact or email information. In order to attend to your request, our office shares information only with relevant chamber-member businesses that can provide you with additional information and support.
